Rafting, Ruins and Reed Islands – Peru That Surprises

Peru is a country where the history of ancient civilizations meets modern life and unique nature. Our clients experienced an exceptionally diverse program here, combining cultural exploration, gastronomic experiences, and unforgettable adventures.

The journey began in Lima – a vibrant capital city where, in addition to the historic center, clients discovered colorful Callao with an authentic graffiti workshop and enjoyed a food tour with a local expert. Active relaxation included a cycling tour along the ocean and through the picturesque districts of Miraflores and Barranco.

The next stop was the Sacred Valley of the Incas, where they visited the majestic ruins of Sacsayhuamán, the circular terraces of Moray, the salt mines of Maras, and experienced rafting on the rapids of one of the чистest sections of an Andean river. An important highlight of the journey was also the village of Ollantaytambo, which still preserves its original Incan character.

The highlight of the trip was Machu Picchu – a magical city in the mountains, reached by the panoramic Vistadome train. Clients had the opportunity to explore two different routes and enjoy breathtaking views from the so-called Temple of the Moon.

The following days led to Cusco, where an unconventional way of exploring the city was chosen – a "treasure hunt", meaning discovering landmarks and hidden corners through an interactive game that combines history with adventure.

The expedition concluded at Lake Titicaca. From there, clients traveled by boat to the floating reed islands of Uros and to Taquile Island, famous for its textile art.
